		The apartment is equiped for two people and prices start at € 60 for the apartment per night. This is an ideal base for business people or holiday makers wanting to stay in Capetown for a week.
		The private patio includes a swimming pool and a barbeque (braai) area.
		The bathroom is well appointed and has the practical things like a hairdryer at your disposal. The apartment is serviced daily.
		The lounge has a television, fan, heater and a bar fridge. The apartment has a kitchenette for self-catering. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided. A full English or continental breakfast is provided upon request.
		There is a private entrance and lock-up garage (with remote control) for two vehicles.
